Free AV Windows or Linux

I just thought someone might be interested in what I found;

They have one for Linux and one for windows - the windows one is very graphical and works good.
The Linux version is the same, but runs in a shell and is very easy to use.

Another good tool is Comodo Firewall, which is also free - better than Zonealarm in that it does not access the HD every few seconds.

I use AVG Free Edition (http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-spyware-free) , but Bitdefender (my previous one) is really nice too. Anything that auto-scans Email for me is a biggie. :)
