mouse froze

hi all this is my first ever post:) i have gone to the wikki thingy like a good lad and cant find anything or in the forum :( anyway installed eq (titanium) didnt live patch!!! changed host + shortcut phew going good so far. load game and the mouse pointer is in the corner of the screen,and i cant move it. try my other mouse and nothing!! have you heard of this one before????

Do you think the mouse is frozen or the game itself? Can you use the keyboard to get passed the Eula screen? I can log in to the servers without using my mouse, but that still wont help you much once ingame because you need the mouse to open doors. As for targetting mobs the tilde (`) key will target the nearest mob. Not sure what the problem is because mice are plug and play and don't require drivers to work. Since the forums here didnt help, maybe try searching the Everquest forums and see if anyone else has had the same problem while patching to the live servers. Maybe they can give you some insight on what to do.

Its a common problem..You need to search EQ forums. You need a compatibility utility.

ive sorted it thanks guys, i spent ages looking though the forums!!!! theres millions of posts. for anyone else with this problem push alt and enter (together) hope this helps others too
