Loggin problem

Last time i logged in was a few months ago and it worked fine, now i cant get it to go from the password screen to the server select... im not sure what the problem is, just says i cant connect for some reason. i thought it was a firewall but i tried turning all of them off that i could find. Any suggestions please?

same thing happened to me, think you need titanium to play now, unless you already do have it?

One issue that was posted was the ip address of the login server changed. Is you eqhosts file going for a particular ip address or is it going for Host=eqemulator.net:5998

I had this problem with getting through to the server list after the account login, so I had to manually add "eqgame.exe" in the allow application list in AVG Internet Security's firewall settings. This software usually asks me about apps that are trying to communicate over the net by showing a popup screen with options, but oddly enough that never happened with eqgame...

Oh well, all's fine now, so I'm satisfied!
