creating npc's

I have followed the tutorial to the letter at http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=CategoryCreateNPC
however when i put an npc into pok it never shows up not even in my quest or npc editors. is their a newer tutorial or am i maybe missing something?

never mind apparently you CANNOT use any id other than the next available. should have know this from my programming days but i got it.

Hmm, is that why we had like 5 or so post about the Eqgame.exe bug recently. Are we sure the move didnt break the search button too lol.

Anyhow, kudos dispair on getting it working. Its always nice to see problems get solved, either by someone here or by ourselves.
