Black Dragons has changed to PvE! Legit!
-99 percent of equipable items have been customized stat wise.
-Standard solo experience (although gear is better)
-Increased group experience, double AA exp.
-Latest PEQ updates, server is up 24/7 unless a restart is required (for updates, improvements to database taking effect)

Server restarted to reflect item changes and some tweaks to basic ac armor items - basic cloth, leather, bronze etc. have minor stat improvements to hp based on armor class. Our new router should be set up to allow incomming public now =)

Yea when I try to connect it just stays at server select and tries to do something, then kicks me back to username login. I think maybe something isn't right with ports maybe? But then again I have no clue what you have done for your server so it could be something else. I hope you can get your server working it seems very fun!

Yep we are still around =) If anyone has a free minute please try to connect to Black Dragon. We are troubleshooting this new server/router setup as much we can get time.

Make sure you are forwarding UDP for clients to connect to the server on the world + zone server ports.

TCP should be forwarded if you are using your zone servers through the Internet IP.

Also if your world server is an internal IP you need to set the external world server ip in the loginserver.ini

Reset internal ip address + made the changes in config file, double checked known ports that needed to be open. If anyone could check from the outside that would help =)

I am able to connect to the server from machines behind the router great !

Are you sure the router is configured to forward the 9000 port to whichever internal ip is hosting the server. Also keep in mind that its possible to restrict where the origin ip, and you want it to allow external ip's (from the net) to access port 9000 into your internal network. It is kind of hard to say anymore than that because all routers are configured differently.

Ive been tweeking equipment stats on a global level and changing a few of the older game models to the more updated versions. The server is up for testing and we are shooting for enhanced gear + a moderate (around 1.25 times) adjustment for experiance. This is a work in progress! If anyone out there would mind creating a character to double check to see if we have the new router set up right (thanks Image!) it would be appreciated.

I have tried a few times over the past few days and it hasn't worked yet, so I figured I would let you know.

The server is up and running + finally allowing outside connections.
