One thing I've noticed is that when people log out, they're not fully out. I can look at my players online it it will say 30, but really only 15 are. The other 15 are some player's account repeated multiple times.

You have some unique sitiuations I do not see myself. Is this base or modified code compiled yourself, or the downloaded binaries running on Windows?
