LFG! -> Don't wanna level alone

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for someone or more than one people to start a leveling group on a legit server like The Grand Creation. Leveling alone is very boring and my girlfriend doesn't want to play EQ sadly, so I'm looking here for more. I'd play almost any Class necessary, but I would prefer to start a Bard.

If you are interested to begin at least a group of two, please reply to this topic here. I'm on holidays now and I have lots of time every day for playing, but mostly from 3pm to 12pm (Timezone GMT+1 ; I live in Europe).

You might have better luck recruiting players at the site of the actual servers themselves. This is merely a development and support community, really - though people do come here, more are likely tuned into their own server sites.

Like http://projecteq.net for The Grand Creation. Maybe even inside the thread of a particular Server Discussion post for the server you are interested in... just an idea.

This is just what I mean: we have missing a certain kind of player - the player that really "plays" in the way when Everquest started out.
I guess this is what I really am looking for, when I say "classic". This "disease" plagues Everquest Live too, but they have taken some measures to restore some old-style play back (progression servers, preferred servers, etc), and is why I suggested we start by fixing the log-n server.

Well, I'd like to play EQ the old fashion way, but it doesn't seem like there are enough people who would like to join with that. Most friends of mine are corrupted by illnesses like World of Warcraft and they don't wanna try EQ just because of the graphics. That's very poor to watch, but whatever... be it that way.

Starting out with nothing on an EQ server is very boring, I can tell, but it's a lot more fun if people stick together. I'm still hoping that someone would like to join me on my quest here :)
