Graphics problem

hey, i already searched this for quiet a long time and couldnt find an answer, all of my graphics show as human, and no weapons are evident, even the boats are showing as humans, not sure what to do, have been trying to fix it for awhile but cant figure it out, going to reinstall in a bit unless somebody has any better suggestions to fix it? such as a bad file i can replace

Well, lets start the standard checklist:

How much Ram does your system have?
What Graphics card do you have?
Have you updated your video, sound & other input device drivers?
Have you updated to the latest Direct X version?
