I need some help

When im in EQ i cannot move my move in full screen...it jsut sticks to the upper left corner, and when im alt-entered i cannot exit things it just shows the move bar cursor....

Go into your eqclient.ini file and set the Height and Width in the VideoMode section to match your desktop resolution. And maybe try full screen by setting WindowedMode=False in the Defaults section.

It didnt work, and i tried using SoE's solution but the program ACT...wont load something about ordinal 6928 in could not be located in the MFC42U.dll

Are you on the latest version of DirectX? I've had the same problem in linux with Wine.

It was solved by updating wine, so I assume the fix is the same; updating DirectX.

All else fails you can try WinEQ2 from www.lavishsoft.com, it fixes it by using d3d9.dll

i fixed it, just had to update Windows sp2 and install directx 9.0c, and then run ACT thank you for your help
