Is open... new box finally. Thanks for those who have been encouraging our return. Within 10 minutes of the server being live we had 8 people join up and even talked to some old friends! I personally am very happy to get started again and just wanted to say thanks to the developers and all of you that play. For now just some basic changes have been made. A totally revamped gear table is in effect (this was something I was able to do during down time) Easy stuff for now =) If you have ever played on Darktides before you know about the custom vendors, spell merchants, mobs etc. Anyways see you in game!!

Had a restart to upgrade to the latests eqemu version and double the number of availible zones up at once. =)

Thanks guys for helping us get started - the server has been brought down to fix some bugs, we will get started on the customizing and will reopen the server for play in the near future for play. Thanks again!

Are you wiping characters when the restart occurs?

People are such low levels, I don't think a wipe would matter much. It was only a couple of days of play. Of course, if they were doing something they shouldn't... ;)

or folks that happened to have a couple of almost full days off to grind like mad.. i was 29 when i logged out last night.. not bad for soloing for 2 days on a legit server.

Yup, not bad at all. Level 9 here, but that was only 4 hours or so of play at the outside. It's not like having leveled into the 60s though, right? :)

I dont think we would do a wipe just yet unless there is some issue that required it- but just keep the characters availible for differant testing phases. You guys will see the server up and down for development, and mass emails to registered players will notify you about changes/implemented suggestions/server up and down time. Check the forums for more info.
