Could an admin please verify if my account is enabled to be used in eqEmu? ive been trying everything to connect and i'm not having any luck connecting =/ I followed the set up guilds more times then any one person should. please help!

If you made an account, it's automatically available for the log in server - if you still have problems, the login server belongs to Doodman, you need to talk to him.
