PEQDB error

Sorry for another thread but Im having trouble. Searched the forum couldnt find another person/thread with my problem so Ive decided to ask here really apreciate the help if I get any, so ty beforehand...

Im following this guide - http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=ws992mysql5 - and im up to Database and Quest Installation for PEQ ... Ive installed everything needed and installed the quest / peqdb with wincvs so now i open up run:cmd and type in cd\peqdb that works fine , then i type in mysql -u root -p .... it gives me an error saying the following

Mysql is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file Any clues on what I should do ?

ok so apparently i cant edit my posts :P I figured out I had to actually start the mysql program for that to work but I found a new error right after that step... once i type in "mysql -u root -p" it says "new password" i type in my password i used for the mysql instant configuration and it gives me this error . ERROR 2003 <HY000>: Can't Connect to MySql server on 'localhost' <10061>

Ok well scratch those two above .. i figured those 2 errors out ... Now im running my start.bat and im getting a few errors =[

any clue what the problem is ??

figured it out again :( sorry heh world is up & running ... had 2 XML file documents, one was in text and the other was .xml , deleted the txt

So my servers up and running supposedly, i see it on the eqemulator server list, but when i try to enter it boots me to the login screen and i log back in and it gives me an error 1017: Cannot login to everquest server. You may need to rerun the update patch. Repeatedly seeing this message indicates a loss of connectivity to the patch server. This is usually temporary .... hmmm?

A picture of the world error after I tried entering the world with my account and other computer upstairs... My host computer is in the basement.

Would really appreciate it if Someone could lend me a hand please? My heads starting to hurt heh :P Ive searched the forums and apparently no one has come up with this error or if one had they never answered/found a solution

and i tried logging in with my other account (not ardianko : the one i set gm status to) and i was able to login the world fine ... hmm interestingg , im guessing its a problem with MYSQL when i was inserting account privileges
