manastone spell effects not the same?

From what I remember, The manastone had one large skull and a bunch of little skulls around ya when ya casted it. In the emu all I see is that one big skull. Anyone know what the issue is? I dunno im just being picky but it'd be nice to know how to correct it.

You might be seeing new spell effects as opposed to the old. There's a post around here somewhere that tells how to change back... Here it is (http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/showthread.php?t=21869). Be warned that it comes with some other graphical consequences, though.

well its odd.. I was on my shaman today, and Im not sure how this happened, but I went into bear form and used the stone, and it did the correct spell effect. when I shifted out of it, it still worked correctly, yet when I camped and logged on again it was gone. If I remember correctly, Live didnt change that spell effect. There's gotta be a different explination.
