Console Commands

Is there a way to enter commands at the console or do I have to do all the command in-game? How do I shutdown/restart a server? I saw some GM commands to do it, logged in with a 250 access character and tried to type it but the server did not shut down. Can I shutdown the server (properly) from the console?

You can't type commands into the console. But you can just kill the console window to stop your server.
