Hey, I used to be HARDCORE into EQ (like 6 hours a day while working fulltime and going to school for 30 hours... sleep, what sleep??) I still am interested in the game and would play it if it weren't so ******* addictive to my behavioral type. You may wonder what I'm doing in your forums. Really, I guess I'm just here to pluck Chocobo's feathers.
You guys have made an excellent emulator, and it helps me to quench my addictions once in a while, because I don't have to be addicted to the gameplay of the emulator if I don't want to, and my need for Everquest rewards can be taken care of in minutes instead of months. It's like the drug heroin addicts use to fight the addiction. Anyway, thanks dev team for making this possible. It really helped me fight the addiction. I even like it that it's broken a lot, because it's so easy to just walk away. You guys may not know it, but this emulator working only fractionally to its full capacity has helped me tremendously. So, don't feel bad if you're behind; don't feel bad if you're up to speed. No matter what you guys do, you're making someone happy. Good luck on your emulator, and enjoy your personal lives. You deserve to be happy too.
Claim the game isn't addictive; claim it is... It's not my business what you all believe, but I quit three times, and I'm staying off EQ this time. Oh, and sorry for lurking so long. I don't really share the same objectives with you guys all the time, and I don't want to raise a ruckus among otherwise happy groups of people.
But I'm gonna git you, Chocobo! :D
