#title gives a message saying it works, but it doesn't do anything. Is it just not implemented? I tried the last name command with an underscore, but the underscore shows up in the client's self hp box...

The only way is with underscrores. Some searching will show you that real titles don't work in the emu atm.

Actually, you can put spaces in names without using an underscore. As an example, to give my target the last name of "Giant Slayer", I'd do this:

#lastname "Giant Slayer"
