Skill gain rate?

Any way to increase the rate skills are gained at? With > 1.0XP rates, it becomes a problem.

You would have to edit the source and compile it for that. But, if you are concerned about skillups, you can always just set an NPC that will train all skills for anyone via a quest or just hailing/speaking with them.
