Character problems

I can create a character and play for as long as I want. But when I log out, my character is automatically deleted and I have to create him all over again... :( How do I stop this!?

Which server are you playing on? Sounds like something to bring up on the forums for that server, or is it your own server?

I'm switching between servers. I keep on getting to about level 3, and then Ill log off and log back on and I'll have to create another one.

Your characters are kept on the servers. If you keep switching servers, your characters won't be created on every server you play on.

If you log back into a server you were on, they should still be there.

Here goes. My character is stuck in a gap in a wall. I can't jump out. I can't run out. Ducking does nothing. When I log off the server and log back in, it boots me into the same spot.... It's an embarassing problem...

If you can't gate out, then you need to contact a guide or GM on the server you are having the problem on. Every server has it's own support. We cannot support all servers from these forums. If you are on my server, PEQ, KMRA, or a few other servers, you may be able to have your character moved to nexus by using a webtool and not need to speak with a guide. If you are playing on another server, you can try petitioning or posting in their forums if they have some.

It keeps telling me that My email address is banned.... I've used 3 email addresses and they are all banned.... What is going on?

You need to put your Login Server Account Name, which is the name of the account you login with, and then you put the character name on that account that you want to have moved. You don't put your password in anywhere and this has nothing to do with your email address.

I was in a place with a bunch of rats... Where might that be? The place I am now there is nothing to kill and I'm EXTREMELY lost. I was happy in the other place but... Obviously I got stuck in a crack... That's lame. And I can't level up... I'm level 2. All I can kill is rats.

if there are others on the server with ya make sure to /ooc and see if they can advise you on where to go ect no one knows the server better than the players playing it, and the admin of course.
