Me and a group of friends want to play on an Emu server, we have all played original EQ and have lvl 70-75 characters with CoA gear. there are about 10 - 12 of us we know each other IRL. We stopped EQ a few years back but we miss it so much!
Are there any Emu servers that will either let us start about where we left off or make it very ez and fast for us to at least get to the same point? Like way faster EXP system?
We love to raid and all have good attitudes and are fun to be around and love to play with others and are all apart of the Bushidoclan.com

well I have to say that you and your friends were prety hard core raiders
unfortunately, considering, where you were on LIVE, I don't think you will find equaly chalanging gameplay here - I don't think any server has content as high or as dificult as original CoA, but you may want to try Raid Addicts server - from what I know it is the hardest server with MOST raid content

Check the post linked below for a nice list of servers with decent descriptions and links to move forums/websites related to the servers:

There are quite a few really nice servers out there. It all depends on what you want. It sounds like you might like a custom server since they will have fast progression in most cases and many will let you get really nice gear without having to invest an insane amount of time. They all differ from live as far as many quests, NPCs, items that are created custom or have been changed from how they were on live.
You can get a pretty good idea of which servers are liked the most by looking at the ones that have more player numbers on them. The servers with (CEQ) in the name are chinese, so you might want to avoid them. Accept for KMRA, which I think uses CEQ, but was written in english originally, so it has both. Pretty much any server with more than 2 or 3 players on it is probably worth checking out.

Hehe yes I am from Oregon.. And the server is English, I hired a couple of translators a few years ago from Hong Kong about the time CEQ servers were coming popular, and had many of my quests translated into Chinese optionally..
We even have a Chinese Raiding guild :) They are doing quite well.
There are plenty of American Guilds and Euro guilds as well..
