Development has officially begun on our custom client. We have decided to utilize the Truevision3d Engine for our graphics rendering. We are currently building the client around a prebuild mmorpg server solution that is licensed under the GNU licensing as such we will not be distributing the server in binary or source formats.

Work has also begun on creation of the ingame content for the Legendary Journeys Trillogy of MMO Games, These games are not true games in terms of each being selfcontained though users will be able to pick and choose whether or not they wish to play the trillogy from start to finish or select which to play manually. the way we intend on implimenting this Trillogy is sort of an expansion / content unlocking process, in short should you wish to play The Twin Darkness first you will need to play through untill the conclusion of that particlular storyline / set of events, this will then unlock the Age of Baazetu, and then upon completion of that storyline, The Rebirth will become unlocked, this will be done by the servers appropriate for those sequels unlocing automaticly upon a client patch that becomes enabled after you progress to the next part of the trillogy.

The goal here is to create an immersive and story/content rich enviroment for our prospective playerbase, in a manner simmilar to the Lucas Arts Ltd. KOTOR Series of games in which the player will take part in the story of the game instead of merely grinding through the levels. It is our hope that this will both be challenging and entertaining, and will bring the RP Back into the realm of MMORPGs.

Due to the change in the server side content engine we are now activly seeking Content developers (quests, zone population, item creation, spell creation, tradeskill recipes and so on and so forth) If anyone is interested please visit our official website at http://legendaryjourneys.xonos.net and contact us through our forums. We are also looking for other developers as well as modelers.
