Merchant bug?

I just noticed that when I sell something to npc he adds it to his inventory with unlimited quantaty....

Best part that in Variables Merchant keep items it set to NO

ideas? =)

thsi bug seem to be intermitten
I just zoned and now items when sold first appear as 1 avilable, then when open close vendor as 0.

some later they again appear as 255
