How to enable "Bots" in my server?

I am learning to build my own server, everything seems to be fine, but I want to know how can I allow Bots to be created?

I made myself with status 250, and I still cannot use the command #bot

depends where you get your source... or binaries...

If you get the binaries from the bot release thread then you don't have to do anything. If you get your source from svn then you need to add EQBOTS to the compile preprocessor.
