I seared Divine Aura, 20k Swan Dive, Falling Damage, Environmental Damage. No related results, so hopefully I'm not double posting this.
Step 1: Character with Divine Aura (Cleric, Paladin) or perhaps other class with similar "temporary invulnerability effect" (Necro, SK, Bard come to mind)
Step 2: Jump

It causes you to read the damage and slide along the floor as if you had died. Then you get back up.
It started fairly recently; I wasn't doing a tonne of DA jumps, only when it's obviously a good idea (Great Divide to Kael, and Plane of Tactics). I did a bunch about a month ago when I was doing Kael regularly, and never had this trouble. I noticed it when trying to do RZTW in Tactics the other day, and then confirmed outside Kael.
I play on The Realm server, which runs on a mostly PEQ database (the only customizations are minor things like a few gate potions, and bots).
