Weird "Feature" -- People zone in naked, rezone/camp they have gear?

This is normal zoning or me using #zone command.

You zone in naked and no gear on, and you can't click the area so its not there.

Seems to only be happening in PoK, Nek, and KC for now.

Any thoughts?

Bumping this since this issue just popped up on my server.

Anyone have any ideas?

Reboot your server. If you make database changes while it is running (particularly item or loot table changes), it sometimes causes this issue and can only be fixed by a reboot.
