Quick question: If I installed perl in the Spring of 2008, is it necessary to update it in order to get some of the new quest functions to work?

When new quest functions are added, no changes to Perl are needed. If you are on the server when you're modifying quests themselves, reloadpl().

The quest::we("text"); function does not seem to work.
