Serious Custom-Legit server in development - Looking for another a developer

I'v been working for several months now on a very serious custom legit server.
I'm looking for someone who atleast moderately knows how to work stuff around, someone who is creative, and most of all, loves to develop the game.

The server is very fun and creative. It requires alot of development.

A "little" about the server:

It's a complete custom server based on a story quest with alot what to do.

You start by doing a small quest that at the end of it, you get level 25, some skills, an item and a Title of 'Recruit'. From then on, you continue by doing training quests and develop your item, title and story progress.

I want it to be pretty close to legit, though, I want to put many many additions.
I wish the exp to be pretty slow and max level not too high (It's still not for certain. I will decide how fast the exp will be later, depending on the reaction of slow exp).
Exp should be slow because there will be ALOT what to do.

Tons of quests, rewards, trials, epics, evolving quests, frightenning dungeons that have many semi-rare spawns like our old Lower Guk and such, Hopefully will have some kind of adventures working by quests or some other method for gaining LDoN points.
Nice system where you need to do a relatively simple quest for your spells.

I put alot of thought on quests, giving the quest givers a real character and making nice story lines. There wont be any rediculous quests like "Oh, you'v found my backpack! Here, take this Warrior Epic. You may find it more useful then I do."...

The world will be closed just for the custom zones. No teleporters. Though, it wont be as huge as the normal world. Zone connections are customised.

All of the zones are custom. Completely new custom mobs, not related to the live-like mobs at all. All are realistic as possible. Mobs are on grids and will have character as much as possible.

Only custom items and alot of em :)

Some custom spells. Lots of custom disciplines.
