View Full Version : After PEQ had major LAG, server is now down

PEQ, The Grand Creation had serious lag wednsday Feb 4th all day and after reporting this there was suppose to be a hard reboot. I am assuming this happened, but the server is not up now. The server website Home Page is operationg, but cant go to the forum for some reason. Cave Dude, any idea what the problem is ?

Ghostrider, just to confirm, everything you said is true for me as well. I assume that the server did not reboot as expected and there is something wrong there. I just hope this isn't a repeat of the last time it went down.

Well the server came back up after the reboot and was running wonderfully, I took an afk and came back to the login screen on all my toons. I'm going to assume something went wrong with the database since the website was giving me mysql errors or the server could have just crashed and that was the first process to go or something, hopefully someone is around today and can fix the problem

After the first reboot there was a nice period of good play but very shortly after Deiffen (Cavedude) announced another reboot for a software update. It was that second reboot that the server didn't come right back up after.

Don't sweat it, guys. CD and FNW will get it back up. Take the time to brush up on your Diablo II skills in preparation for the Diablo III release. :)

We've updated our software from the ancient versions to more current versions. As we fix something, something else breaks. Give it time, we're working on it ;)

the other preferred servers seem to be going down aswell, right now only that zeb custom server is up.

So bored.

Edit When i read my previous post i see it was sent Today, 3h20 AM ... i guess it mean friday 3h20 am ... but im on east time and its thursday 6h15 pm ... and in my option im set for GMT -5 (east time) so i dont understand where is the bug Anyone know how I can see the post in the correct time for me ?
