Need Help With My 0.7.0-1129 Server

ok. I have been trying to make a server for me to play on bymyself for a while now and i cannot find a working guide, on perl some of the listed things in this guide are not there http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=ws1129r222 and with WinCvs i get an error with the quests

And on the peq_db i get alot of the files are no longer in the repository

so if someone can lead me to an up-to-date guide it would be awesome

I would recommened heading over to projecteq.net and downloading the EQ party pack! It has an installer that sets up most of what you need without having to go through all of those hoops. After you feel more comfortable, you can then attempt to pull and compile your own.

you have a direct link that works for the installer. the ones i found were no good. i might just be an idiot =P but i would appriciate it
