ok when i try to log on the forums i get this message it takes a good 10 refreshes to acually get in, any reason why i get it??

Sounds like a cookie problem. id trash your cookies. login again and have it remember you.

If that doesn't work don't know, doodman locked everything down pretty tight.

A good keystroke to remember is CTRL + F5. That will clear the cache for the page and reload it. It can fix alot of problems caused when changes are made to a site and your browser is still trying to use old cache for it.
