Incorrect Password

Been trying to get in on the login server most of the day with no luck.... keep getting error msg says not valid username/password... as if i have wrong password or something... I have went to the usercp many times and changed my password but still to no avail cant login..... its early saturday morning and still cant login.... is there something on my end that is causing this or anyone have any ideas on how to fix this??

It is somethin with the ls everybody is having the same problem unfortunatly we just have to wait for the devs to restart the ls or fix it or wat ever they do every other time this happens

I was able to log in for a couple hours friday night, but tonight (sat) I have been getting the same error message.

If I remember the posts ive seen on this a reboot fixes it - is that correct? Im an old fart so i dont trust my memory as much as i used to. If that is the case cant someone do a script that reboots every couple of hours - or one that triggers on how many incorrect passwords have happened it the last hour? Who - exactly - runs the login server? Ive seen offers of money and time to help fix this but nothing happens. Do those who run the server know this is happening? Are the busy with other stuff? I'm sure that we can find someone who will ck it every few hours and reboot it if necessary.

This has gone on long enough - it's time to fix it - what is the bottleneck here?

it was working earlier taking my password and stuff but now the ls seems to be down again telling me my password and user name are not valid. oh well is this happening to anyone else?

Yes pretty sure it is happening to everyone atm, my server wont connect either.

It was a temporary problem with the login server itself is was not related to your individual passwords.

this problem has been going on since yesterday (this time) its an ongoing thing with absolutly no eta on when itll be fixed or even if the person in charge of the ls even knows about the problem could be down for some time

According to my server logs, it was only occuring late this evening and has been fine all day long so it isn't a 24/7 issue.

It has been going on for at least a week now. I believe that they have been rebooting it to get it to work. Sometimes it is up for awhile, other times a few minutes.

I have tried every 30 minutes since about 7PM last night. Thats right complete lack of sleep. Can we FORCE the LS to reset everyone 4 hours or something? Give it a schedule reboots or anything just to make it work atleast 3 hours of 24? I'd be happy with 12% scheduled uptime instead of 12% random uptime :(. Please just let me play :( I'll even pay for it :(
