Evolving Weapons

I was wondering, can you make evolving weapons now? I saw in the items table that there is a column for evolving level. And, how can you apply a quest to an item? I think I might make my own evolving weapons quest.

Evolving items are not yet implemented into the source. I think there is a lot of coding work that would be needed for it to work at all.
