Hello, my cousin just got me to try and download this game, but he put everything on a disc and made the instructions too long (lol).
You think you could help me

I don't know what instructions he gave you, but the best instructions for playing should be from the playguide here:

It might seem long, but that is mostly just so that it gives lots of details so anyone can do it with minimal problems. It is actually quite simple to setup just to play.
