timeout error

i set everything to play but when i put my account name and password it say timeout error all the time is there a way to fix that ?

not really. the login server is having some issues recently (at the moment, i can't get in either) so just try every once in awhile and hope that it's working fine at that moment :P

However, if you've never logged in before, then I would double check that you have the address entered correctly

okay well the adresse seem okay i just add patchme and the game launch but well when i insert my loging information it juste instantly say timeout error

people have logged in at the exact same time i have tried. my eqhost file is correct i don't know what to try...

Make sure that your eqhost.txt file doesn't have any extra spaces at the end of the lines. It should look like this:

[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5998
