HELP! cant find Eqemulator

Do i need to download Eqemu? i have titanium all ready but i cant find the Emulator. I've been looking ALL over for it, tried downloading it off this site, links are broke. tried a google search, no direct downloads, tried bit torrent, no seeders.any help?
