ok i have for a wile wanted to own my own everquest scars of velious server but i want to run it off of my pc not a website and my mysql will not form a server that will run right i gess my real Q is dose anyone know of or have a free download pre-made server EQ like with working GM cmds And how can i mod my client to run the server.

Have a look around. There's an installer fro Lelasmarch you can use that can set everything up for you. However, if you can't get MySQL to work manually, then I highly doubt it's going to help any. I wouldn't recommend running the client and server off the same PC.
