I keep getting this everytime someone logs into my server, but it doesnt seem to be affecting the gameplay i dont think.....

Don't worry about that. It is just the crc that clients send to live to verify that you are at the right patch version. It isn't needed in the emu.

It isn't a limit, it is what you are posting. Errors like that often have hex and symbols and patterns of info that can cause data to cut off like that in a post due to how the forums interpret what you are posting.
If you see that happen, it is normally the next character in the message you were trying to post that didn't show up in the post. You can normally just remove that character(s) and it will work fine.
