View Full Version : Can no longer download EQEmu?

When I click on any version of EQEmu under Downloads I get the following:

Not Found

The requested URL /releases/zips/EQEmu-0.7.0-1129.zip was not found on this server.

This happens for all releases, not just 0.7.0 b1129. Will the files be back soon, or are they available for download elsewhere?

I think if they had access to make changes to that part of the site, it would already be done.

There are quite a few little things around the site like that which need to be cleaned up. I was hoping we would split the website from the Login Server host so it could be on it's own webhost. That would make it easier and less of a security risk to open up access to the website to a few more team members instead of keeping it locked down to just 1 person due to the LS database being on that box. And with a few more people having access, stuff like that would be updated fairly quickly.

Don't need to update the site, just sticky a post with the links. Is there a sticky post with this info? I searched the forums but I couldn't seem to find anything about this (but I'm probably not a very good searcher). Some post which gives info on where the latest version is, and how to set it up with SVN (what should we use for the repository), where the latest map files are, etc.

It can be editted, but just by a couple of people. And they're busy with other things.

Thanks, Rogean! Would you mind fixing the playguide link from the main page as well? It is set to:

Not a big deal, but that might help some newcomers to the project to be able to figure out the setup process a bit easier.
