Hello,

Is it possible to use both the Mini and Public Login to allow access to a server? The reason I ask is because I got a group of neighbors who want to play on my Server but don't have internet. I was going to setup a wireless router so they could access the mini login and deny that router access to the internet, but I would still like to allow it to show up on the list of servers.

Is there a way to make this possible or is it basically one or the other?

MiniLogin will cause problems as it only verifies accounts by LAN IP. So if your neighbors are both coming from the same LAN, they won't be able to individually log into their own seperate accounts.

You can use the new EQEmuLogin Server or the Private Login Server which is essentially the new MiniLogin Server - only it actually verifies the individual accounts by account name and password even though they come from the same LAN connection.

I've written a small tutorial here (http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/showpost.php?p=175105&postcount=5). And you can get the PrivateLogin Server here (http://eqemu.devnoob.com/).

Well do both the PrivateLogin and the EQEmuLogon work together? Meaning would I be able to run both of them.

Its going to be a one or the other type of thing, but if you use the private login as your option you will still be able to accept connections from the internet and local.
