Decided to pull Crucify PvP down as is wasn't going the way I intended so I decided to make a Velious only server with PvP.
Overview of SoV PvP:
start out lvl 46 with planar gear from old world available
a few starter items available for all classes from old world
all class spells 1-50 available from merchants in thurgadin for free
spells 50+ will drop in velious zones like on live
drop rate and faction rate increased
XP rate increased which may need more tweaking, not sure how well it is 55+ yet
no custom zone connections. a few zones have been closed: dragon necropolis (may open in the future), crystlal caverns, and tower of frozen shadows
LNS will be enforced just like VZTZ. i have really minimal patience for shit like this and will not hesitate to ban your character. i dont care if you get back on the server somehow, but if you don't follow the rules i'll just keep banning you.
sirken will most likely be the head GM dealing w/ in-game issues. a few other people have asked to help, but im not sure what im going to do yet.
any MAJOR quest turn ins -- please confirm w/ me first. i don't think the lodi quest is implemented, but i can fix that easily when i have a chance.
easy rules to follow: LNS 1 hour (most of you did it well on VZTZ), no corpse camping / bind camping.
Additional info:
iceclad had some class specific spells. i think it's 1 lvl 34 spell for each caster class
other velious/kunark spells should be dropping in appropriate zones
be careful with faction. i wouldn't fight any coldain mobs in the beginning!
added velious ports to dru/wizard 21-40 spell vendors
iceclad sellls 50+ spell from FV and OT (kunark sold spells)
will add armory vendor @ iceclad port for people with faction issues
kael and tov have min level req of 50 so no OOR healers during raids
journeyman boots quest added. speak to hedmadge @ the iceclad rings
shared bank dupe fixes implemented
