[Worldserver] block not found in loginserver.ini

world.exe says that when i try to play on my own server using minilogin. plus when i get to server select screen there are no server names listed.I get the 1017 too. here is my loginserver.ini

what am i doing wrong oh i loaded up the eq db and everything right and changed the eqhost to what it said in the readme.
I am very new at this so i might have missed something

to

[WorldServer]

Shouldn't the distribution come this way?
