Hi, first of all sorry for my poor english (im spanish).

My pc is a Core 2 duo e6850 Geforce 8800 gts graphic card 2 gigs of ram and asus p5k motherboard.

The problem is that when i try to connect to any server eq crashes and kicks me to desktop.

Drivers are from 2 months ago or so. I have tried compatibility mode (all of them). Firewall is not on. I am running unpatched eq titanium. I have tried logging to other servers. I have checked the 3 first posts aswell http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/showthread.php?t=25327 from this thread and tried everything, task managers, runfirst to use only 1 core.. set afinity to 0, i have downloaded windows patches..

Im lost guys, can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

Thank you

Edit: Disabling CPU Throttling (AKA Cool N' Quite):
1. Right Click on your Desktop
2. Select Properties
3. Click the Screen Saver tab
4. Click "Power..." in the lower right
5. Select "Always On" from the Power Schemes Drop-Down box
6. Click OK on both windows.

I have tried this aswell but when i hit the power buttom it does anything, i think its becouse i run a cracked version of windows "Windows UE" and maybe its a disabled option.

what client are you trying to connect with? you need the box store bought version of titanium or SOF, if you have either one of those you could always try and rename the eqclient.ini to something else.
