is there supposed to be a jewelcraft mastery aa? possible bug?

I noticed every other tradeskill had a mastery aa but i couldn't see one for jewelcraft; i'm a monk, maybe it's enchanter only? I have bought other tradeskill mastery and http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/showthread.php?t=21315&highlight=jewelcraft+mastery

seems to indicate it should be there???
