Can't attack

After A combined 18 hours or so of work, I am finally up and running... except everything cons indifferent, and attack doesn't work. If I am in attack mode it will tell me "You can't see your target" and "your target is to far away, get closer" but it won't attack.
If I cast a spell, my spell is constantly interrupted. And the client crashed before I could test some other things. Any idea what is going on?
I can travel around fine, quests seems to work, but nexus portals do not. It is indicated that a portal (by the nexus lady calling out in zone) will open, but it doesn't.

You need to download the .map files for Line of Sight to work for spells and such. And you need to copy the plugin files from your quests/plugins/ folder to your server/plugins/ folder.

i have tried to find my server folder were is it i cant locate it.
