Almost there, but one big problem

I am set up in my server and everything, but it seems like I cannot go to a lot of zones, when I use the command #zone ___ it boots me back to character select or login page and pops a message up saying that zone does not exist in the directory I am running eq from, I am using eq windows, if that is the problem could you explain to me another way, or tell me a place to download the zones or something, confused as to why its doing this. The zones it has not let me go to btw are Plane of Growth, Vex Thal, and Skyshrine. And one last thing, is there anyway to make the npc's have the actual loot tables when I kill them so I can go kill certain mobs looking for certain items just like in regular gameplay?

Do you have the expansions installed that those zones are from? The EQ client NEEDS the zone, not the emulator.
