Have 1 problem

Hi all!

I am on Vista (i know it sucks) and have completed every step, accept the "eqhost" change, to successfuly play eq. The only problem i have, is that Vista wont let me change the text in the eqhost file.

2.) Now Modify the file to look like.

[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5998

Goto File, Save and close the File now.

Thats the step i cant do. I have tried running everthing in admin but it still wont let me change the Host! Any ideas? thanks

i got it figured out. All i had to do was drag the eqhost file onto my desktop. There i was able to open it, change it and save it without any problems. Then all i did was cut/paste it back into its original folder :-). Take care all!

Lower the UAC setting so you can do this in the future
