changing to newer zone

i am using lastest compiled svn server and database from peq. Im using SoF for now and switching to SoD soon as the login server supports it. But it seems zoning to highpass takes to the old version which doesnt work except for titanium, so i want to change it to zone to the newer version for SoF, i know it isnt populated yet, but i still would like to set it up to zone thru the newer so i dont crash when i go thru there. anyone know of how to set it up for the newer version?

I believe the zones you are looking for are Highpasshold and Highpasskeep. Highpass and Highkeep are the old zones. You would have to edit the Zone Points table. I don't use the new zones so I don't have the exact numbers. You'll have to do a #zone highpasshold to figure out the zone in locs to put in the table.

Yeah, and for the record, SoF does not include highpasskeep (wasn't finished when SoF went gold), but SoD does. Once you can get in with SoD, you should be able to use "#dbspawn" and "#npcspawn add" for all of the NPCs in the old version and add them into the new version where you want them. I bet the end result would be cool. The new remakes of the old zones are really great from what I have seen. They are all nearly the exact same zone, accept with completely modern looks.

CORRECTION: highpasskeep doesn't seem to work on any client (SoF or SoD), but oldhighpass is the new high pass hold.

thanks, i did get to messing around with it and got it working to zoning into highpass hold np. havent tried to work highpass keep yet. i did download SoD so it should all work ok when i switch over to using that version to log in with. thanks for the help and info. I have two toons on peq grand creation, i never tried to zone to highpass there, im assuming it would be same result im getting now as i would just crash to desktop with an error.

well i was able to fix zoning into highpasshold from kith, east karana and from highkeep. but i cannot seem to figure out how to zone out of highpasshold to those other zones. once im in highpasshold, all zones leading out are just a wall. i tinkered around thinking it should work, but still nothing, any ideas on what must be done?

well i guess once inside highpasshold the zonelines out are all hardcoded and not possible for me to fix. i guess thats why the old version from titanium is being used. Was hoping since we are moving forward with SoF and SoD and maybe even underfoot later that it would be possible to do. guess i will check into the invis person zoner work around.
