Question of LoginServerAccount

i played this emulator several years ago.
Recently ,i would like to return.But i forgot my password.
i reset the main password by my e-mail,but the login server account i cant reset it .how can i resolve it ?

I've requested the recovery functionality to be added to no avail. Best bet is to try to get in touch with Rogean.
