Int he EQEmu documents installation file, the following is typed under "Part 2 - Hosting Your Own Server on Eqemu"
4. Now is the moment of truth (time to run it and see if it works!)
In the EQEmu Directory run "world.exe"
A window should pop up saying :
LoginServer.ini read.
Using database 'eq' at localhost
Loading items...done.
Loading guild ranks...done.
World server listening on: YourIP:9000
Connected to LoginServer: eqlogin.eqemu.net:5999
well.. everything adds up and works correctly BUT... where it is supposed to say:
:
World server listening on: YourIP:9000
MINE says:
World server listening on: port 9000
port does not stand for anything, that is the EXACT line it gives me, and hence when i run boot5zones, those do not work either... i have followed the instructions down to a T and yet still find no reason my ip address is not showing up correctly.. anyone else get this problem, and/or know how to fix it?
thank you.
