Hi guys, I'm rather new to the Emulator stuff, could someone explain what I need to do to get it all set up? Also, do we get full GM commands and such?

Well, I guess i'll help...

First, all you NEED to play on EQEmu is to alter your EQHost.txt file to point to the EQEmu servers, rather than the official EverQuest servers...

That's all you need. Because all EQEmu does is just allow you to play on player-run servers with different rule sets and such...

Secondly, you won't have instant GM commands... everyone starts out with basic commands such as #zone, #summonitem, and a few other insignifigant ones... Once a ServerOP flags you as a higher rank (You start at normal, then you can become a Privlaged user, then a VPrivlaged user, then a Quest Troupe, Then a Guide, then a GM, then a Lead GM, then a Server OP)

Thats pretty much jesus in a nutshell.
