No 3D devices found. Please help.

My g/f has been getting this error and I have tried installing, and reinstalling, and deleting and reinstalling and rolling back drivers for her video card (ATI Radeon x700) and still getting this error message. Any ideas?

Did you install DirectX 9c on her PC? Cause I think that will cause the error she is getting if not.

As in, if I didn't upgrade to DX9c on her PC that may cause the issue?

I'll see what version she has now
